At Life Sciences Research Foundation (LSRF), we believe that scientific discovery is essential for a better future. Advancing the life sciences is critical for tackling global challenges, sparking innovation, and deepening our understanding of the natural world. Our founder, Donald Brown, MD., one of the most distinguished developmental biologists of our time, envisioned a world where bold, high-impact research empowers young scientists to answer questions that expand scientific knowledge.
Founded in 1981, LSRF provides grants with 3 years of support for postdoctoral and early career researchers, to help them make discoveries that impact public health, biotechnology, and our understanding of life, addressing our most pressing challenges.
